THE ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE (ESA) EXAM

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is not a CET examination.  It is, however, a stand alone certificate, attesting to the ability and training of an individual in the sometimes difficult area of service to the customers of various manufacturing and service industries.  It is a requirement of the Certified Electronics Service Center.  This certification and learning material is currently in the BETA stage, which means that while the certifications issued and learning material sold, there will likely be changes in the next several months that will deal with problems experienced and material added, deleted or modified.  The learning material is offered in the following forms:

  • Online Study – Accessed from the ISCET Website, as Online Learning, allows a 150 day study window 24/7.
  • Printed – Over 180 pages crammed full of information for the installer of flat screen and home theaters.
